Who we are
Recruitment that a family can hold us to
Bright Hope Employment Service is a recruiting agency licensed by the Government of Bangladesh under Recruiting Licence RL-2582. We recruit, document, and dispatch workers to employers across the Gulf, Southeast Asia, and Europe, and we handle the passport, visa, medical, training, and ticketing work that sits between an offer letter and a boarding pass.
Most of what goes wrong in this industry goes wrong quietly: a demand letter that was never real, a cost that grew after the first payment, a file nobody could give a status on. We built our process against those three failures specifically. A job order is verified before we recruit for it. The full cost is itemised on paper before any money changes hands. And every file has a named officer, so there is always someone who can tell you where things stand.
We are also the same office after you fly. Arrival gets confirmed to your family, and the file stays open for renewals, contract disputes, and emergencies.

Licensed and accountable
We hold recruiting licence RL-2582 and every placement goes through the official BMET clearance process. Ask us for the licence and we will show it to you.
Verified demand only
We recruit against a checked employer demand letter, never on speculation. If a job order cannot be verified, we do not advertise it and we do not take money for it.
Costs written down first
Every candidate gets an itemised cost sheet before paying anything, and a receipt for each payment. No cash without a receipt — ever.
One officer per file
Your file has a named person responsible for it from application to departure, so you never have to explain your case from the beginning twice.

Come to the office or call. We go through the jobs actually open, what each pays, and what it will cost you — before you commit to anything.

Registration & documents
We open your file, check your passport and certificates, and tell you exactly what is missing. Anything we hold is receipted.

Selection & trade test
Your profile goes to the employer. Technical roles include a trade test; we tell you how it went either way.

Medical & visa
Fitness test at an approved centre, then visa application, submission, and stamping — with a status update at each stage.

Orientation & ticket
Pre-departure briefing on your contract and your rights in the destination country, BMET clearance, then your ticket is issued.

Departure & after
We see you off and confirm your arrival to your family. The file stays open for renewals, disputes, and emergencies.
